1. Orders and Purchases

All orders must be placed online through our official store platform.

No order will be processed until full payment is completed online.

Once an order is confirmed, a receipt will be sent to the email address used to make the purchase.

2. Collection of Orders

Orders can be collected in-store by presenting the receipt email sent to the purchasing email address.

Our sales assistant will request verification to ensure that the email used to place the order belongs to the person collecting.

3. Delivery of Orders

Customers who require delivery are responsible for arranging their own courier or delivery service.

A delivery pick-up may only be scheduled after the store confirms acceptance of the order.

The Calm Collective will not send out orders containing breakable material unless the customer clearly requests it. In such cases, the store takes no responsibility for goods broken during delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are permitted unless the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that the email address provided during purchase is accurate and accessible.

Present valid verification when collecting orders.

Arrange delivery responsibly and only after order confirmation.

Accept full responsibility for delivery arrangements, especially for breakable goods.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Calm Collective is not liable for:

Losses or damages caused by third-party delivery services.

Breakage of goods during delivery when the customer has requested shipment of breakable items.

Unauthorized collection if verification requirements are not met.

Errors resulting from incorrect customer information provided at purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
